On behalf of the staff and Board of Trustees and the team at the Center for Educational Innovation (CEI), we want to thank you for joining us at our annual benefit gala on November 29, 2018!
We were honored to recognize three individuals who have dedicated their lives to helping children and their community, Dr. Kathleen Cash, Richard Carrión, and Caroline McConnie.
Thank you to everyone who attended, celebrated, bid, and contributed to CEI’s signature program – Project BOOST: Building Options and Opportunities for Students. This year’s event was a tremendous success, raising over $720 thousand dollars for education.
It is supporters like you who allow CEI to design student-centered learning experiences and provide enrichment programming that brings a wealth of New York City’s cultural life to students.
Here is how you can keep the momentum going:
Donate to make a difference! – Every little bit counts. Here are some ways your contribution can make a direct impact:
- $10,000 will bring Project BOOST to one new school
- $5,000 will provide a STEM robotics program to a BOOST school
- $2,500 will bring virtual college trips to two BOOST schools
- $1,000 will help bring a community service arts program to one BOOST school
- $500 will purchase an independent online reading program for two classrooms
- $250 will send 35 students to a New York City museum
- $100 will send 10 BOOST students to a Broadway show
