Students Unveil 20 Bench Murals Across NYC for Benchmarks Citywide Exhibition
Students from every borough kicked off CEI Arts Education's Benchmarks summer exhibition with NYC Parks — celebrating creativity, community, and student voice.
Congratulations to the students from across the city who unveiled their 20 powerful bench murals at the kickoff of CEI's Benchmarks citywide NYC Parks summer exhibition.
What an incredible celebration of student creativity and inspiration at the exhibition kickoff at Washington Square Park and at exhibition sites in all five boroughs. The events brought together students, families, educators, teaching artists, and community members to recognize the powerful work created through CEI Arts Education's BENCHMARKS program.
We are grateful to our valued, long-standing partner the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and to our major sponsor SFDS (Scenic Fabrication and Design Shop) for making this exhibition possible.
