CEI is showcasing how Esports can be a powerful tool for student engagement, skill-building, and school culture. From our work with districts, we’re bringing:

- Guidance on infrastructure and implementation—equipment, staffing models, streaming, student roles, and safe program operations.
- A focus on equity and inclusion, ensuring Esports reaches students who may not connect with traditional extracurriculars.
- Clear connections to real-world skills, including teamwork, communication, digital media production, content creation, analytics, and event management.
- Practical roadmaps and examples schools can use immediately, from pilot phases to district-wide programs.
